Dive into the fascinating world of water ecosystems!

Get your hands wet as we explore the spring to find and identify macroinvertebrates. These tiny creatures are essential indicators of water health, and you'll discover how scientists use them to assess ecosystem conditions. Whether you're a budding ecologist or simply curious about the natural world, Nature Explorers: Water Ecology offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, learn about macroinvertebrates and invasive species in our aquatic ecosystems, and meet other nature enthusiasts!

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoors (we will be in the creek) and a full water bottle.

FREE! Space is limited, reserve your spot by June 18. Open to youth ages 8-18.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate, please contact
