Join University of Illinois Extension and Brighton Memorial Library to learn the basics of water bath canning, how to safely water bath can spicy cranberry salsa, and the dos and don'ts of preparing food for gifts during the holidays. Each participant will make and leave with a canned jar of spicy cranberry salsa to gift or enjoy during the holidays!
