Learn about kitchen and food safety, food preparation, and nutrition with this exciting team competition! 
 
Participants will register their team (3-4 youth) to attend and learn the basics of cooking, discover flavor profiles, and build confidence in the kitchen. Youth will finish the day learning how to plan, prepare, and present a dish with predetermined ingredients. 
 
Open to youth ages 12-18 years. Youth do not have to be 4-H members to participate. Teams can be a mix of youth of any age.
