Join Extension Educator Robin Ridgley for a workshop for agricultural producers and all community members to help identify and manage stressors in life and resources to use when feeling distressed. Chronic stress can take a huge toll on your health. Learn to identify common stressors, recognize symptoms, and access practical management tools and techniques to reduce the effects of unwanted stress.
Program topics will include:
- Stress signs and symptoms
- Everyday strategies for managing stress
- Where to go for more help and resources
- How to make an action plan for managing stress
The program will take place at Southeastern Illinois College, Building G – Room 120 on March 24 from 6 – 8 p.m. There is no fee to attend, but registration is strongly encouraged.
This program is presented through a partnership between Illinois Extension, Southeastern Illinois College, Illinois Small Business Development Council, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
