Certified Food Protection Manager Course

The University of Illinois Extension will offer the Certified Food Protection Manager Course. This two-part course is an accredited American National Standards Institute (ANSI) course that meets the requirements of the Illinois Department of Public Health’s Food Service Sanitation Code.
 

During this two-day course, participants will learn about the principles and recommendations of the FDA Food Code, focusing on food safety and contamination, employee health and hygiene, safe food-handling practices, cleaning and sanitizing, and HACCP.
 

The course will take place on Tuesday, October 27, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday, October 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau
