Enhance Brain Health with Wits Fitness Classes at Local Libraries

York Township Public Library and Mt. Carroll Public Library are proud to announce Wits Fitness, a series of monthly workshops designed to boost brain health and cognitive function. Led by Kara Schweitzer, an educator from University of Illinois Extension, participants will embark on an engaging journey of interactive activities tailored to stimulate the mind and enhance memory.

March sessions will take place on March 7th at the following times and locations:

York Township Public Library, Thomson: 10:30 AM - Noon

Mt. Carroll Public Library: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
