We all know someone who is providing care for someone else.  It is a rewarding experience for most, but caregivers experience many difficult emotions and losses along their journey.

This free workshop offered by University of Illinois Extension will focus on coping with the challenges of caregiving and how to lessen caregiver stress and burnout with self-care techniques. The program will be held at Lee County Council on Aging, 100 W 2nd St, Dixon, on Monday, August 5, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. To register, please call LCCOA at (815) 288-9236.
