8:30 a.m. Tractor poster judging and tractor driving contest to follow & small engines
9:00 a.m. Cat and rabbit judging – Open Barn
9:00 a.m General Projects except Visual Arts, Photography & Clothing
10:00 a.m. Cloverbud Projects – Look for assigned table
10:00 a.m. Poultry Judging – Open Barn
11:00 a.m. Food Demonstrations, Flower Arranging, and scholarship interviews. Scholarship interviews. Please be in the front office by 10:50 AM
12:00 Noon Visual Arts Judging
1:00 p.m. Photography
2:00 p.m. Sewing & Textiles Check‐In and Judging
3:00 p.m. Clothing judging on Model & Fashion Revue Practice
6 – 7 p.m. Beef in place *BEEF, SHEEP, & GOAT MUST check in with Vet, staff, or superintendent upon arrival*
6 – 7 p.m. Sheep & Goats in place – must set up your own pens with gates and wire provided
7:00 p.m. Steer Weigh‐In

Wednesday, July 13
8:‐ 9: a.m. Swine weigh‐in. All Swine in place by 9:00 a.m.
8:30 a.m. Sheep and Goat Show – goats will be released at the conclusion of the Beef Show
10:00 a.m. Beef Association Bucket Calf show ***Meet at East Fence with calf
Beef Show will Immediately Follow the Bucket Calf Show
11:30 a.m. Beef Association Sandwiches Available
Beef Show (following a half hour break from bucket calf show)
1:30 a.m. 4‐H Olympics
5:00 p.m. 4‐H BBQ
6:00 p.m. Foundation Auction
General Exhibit Awards and Fashion Revue to follow auction
All general projects released immediately following.

Thursday, July 14
8:00 a.m. Swine Show
(15 minute break between swine show and pee wee swine show)
Western Illinois Pork Producers Pee Wee Swine Show
(15 minute break between pee wee swine show & Master Showmanship)
Master Showmanship Contest
1:00 p.m. Livestock Auction
Clean up to begin following the auction
5:30 p.m. Check‐in for Dog Show
6:00 p.m. Dog Show
