The last week of July, of every year, is a special week for some winged friends as it’s National Moth Week.  This year Illinois Extension has partnered with Stinson Library, USDA Shawnee National Forest, Dixon Springs Agricultural Center, The Science Center of Carbondale, Rend Lake US Army Corps Visitor Center, IDNR Barkhausen Cache River Wetland and Center Giant City State Park to host a week of programs honoring moths.

Join us for a StoryWalk® around Jonesboro Park! Walk from sign to sign as you read Don't Worry, Bear by Greg Foley, help act out the story, and learn about moths!

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.

This is a free event open to all youth and grown-ups to enjoy.

No need to registration. The StoryWalk will be up from Monday, July 24 to Sunday, July 30.
