It's tomato season! Love salsa and want to enjoy those fresh garden tomatoes all year round? Join Extension for this hands-on youth workshop on making and safely water bath canning salsa! Youth will get the opportunity to make homemade salsa using a variety of tomatoes, onions, and peppers, get to do some taste testing, a little experimenting, and practice the science of home canning!
