Love fall and all the beautiful apples that are coming in? Join Extension for a fun night talking about canning, freezing, drying, and the nutrition of apples. Learn how to make apple pie filling and canning it using the boiling water bath method. You will get to sample apple chips, receive recipes, and learn how to make a quick applesauce in an electric pressure cooker.
