University of Illinois Extension and DeKalb County Forest Preserve offer this free event for families to get outside, have fun, and explore an enjoyable destination.

Some activities include a nature wisdom hike to find clues and solve a puzzle, a digital scavenger hunt, crafts, face painting, and a fun, game show-like presentation of species survival strategies for winter.
