
Join us for a fun and hands-on class where you'll learn how to build better salads that boost your heart health and flavors you’ll enjoy! Discover how to make your own delicious, heart-healthy dressings, read nutrition labels on store-bought dressings like a pro, and use a variety of fruits, veggies, and greens to keep your salads exciting.
We'll also cover safe food prep and storage tips to keep everything fresh. By the end of the class, you'll feel confident creating colorful, nutritious salads at home! You'll also do some taste testing and receive recipes.
This event will take place in the Community Meeting Room (lower level) at Pana Community Hospital.
