Youth Salsa Canning Workshop

Let's make salsa! Join Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator Lisa Peterson for a youth-centered, hands-on workshop on how to make salsa. This class is great for kids new to canning or just looking for a refresher!

Pre-registration is required. Each participant will take home a jar of homemade salsa and receive other fun recipes.

Age range: 4th-12th grade (this workshop is for youth only)
