Are you or someone you care about living with diabetes or at risk for developing diabetes or other chronic conditions?

We’re excited to welcome a guest speaker for our April session! Join us for an informative and interactive session with Dina Chapman, a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator from Memorial Hospital of Belleville.

Dina serves as the Quality Coordinator for the Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support program, providing care and education to both outpatients and inpatients. She brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to help you better understand and manage diabetes.

Have questions about diabetes? This is your chance to get answers! Whether you’re managing diabetes, supporting a loved one, or looking to learn more, this group offers a welcoming space to connect, learn, and grow.

Sessions are held each month on the second Thursday with a new topic to help you manage your health and feel empowered in your daily life.

Call or email to reserve a spot at 618-939-6232 or mtl@waterloolibrary.org.
