Let's Make Salsa

Love salsa? Come learn how to make the most out of your summer produce by making fresh salsa! This class is open to all ages and will involve hands-on practice making a variety of different salsas. We'll also briefly talk about canning salsa.

The class will be held at the JCH Wellness Center in Jerseyville. You do not have to be a member to sign up.
