Nuts, Seeds, and Summer Eats

Curious about cooking with nuts and seeds but not sure where to start? This summer class at the Hillsboro Library will help you crack the code. Learn the health benefits of a variety of nuts and seeds, how to tell them apart, and how to use them with confidence in everyday meals. We will also share tips for proper storage so your ingredients last longer and taste better. Come learn, taste, and leave feeling more comfortable bringing nuts and seeds into your cooking routine.

Participants will get hands-on practice making recipes, tasting, and get to take home plenty of research-based nut-related information!
