Summer Jam and Jelly Canning Workshop

Love making jam and want to enjoy fresh summer berries all year? Join Extension for a fun Saturday morning learning how to safely make and preserve jams and jellies using the boiling water bath method. We’ll walk through each step of the process, share tips for getting the perfect set, and cover safe ingredient swaps. You’ll get hands-on experience making strawberry-kiwi, blueberry spice, and blackberry jam and take a jar or two home. 

 

An adult must accompany any youth under the age of 16.
