Looking for simple ways to reduce stress and boost well-being? Join our Gardening for Well-Being Series on Tuesdays in July from 11 a.m. to noon to explore the therapeutic benefits of gardening and plant-based mindfulness. Each session offers practical, hands-on strategies you can use right away. No green thumb needed, just come ready to learn and participate.

Nature Journaling: Plants & Stress Mini‑Workshop
This hands-on session combines plant-based observation with easy journaling prompts to explore how plants can help regulate stress and strengthen attention—no art skills needed. Come ready to try a guided activity and leave with a journaling template you can use at home, at work, or outdoors. Participants gain a repeatable tool for calming the nervous system, improving focus, and deepening their connection to everyday nature.
