Thomson Library and Mt. Carroll Library are delighted to present a delectable series of cooking classes hosted by Master Gardener Nancy Gmitro from Carroll County Master Gardeners. Embrace the joys of Cooking with Vegetables and unlock the secrets of creating savory dishes with Spinach and Asparagus.

Join us for these informative and hands-on sessions scheduled as follows:

  • Thomson Library: March 25th, April 22nd | 5:00 PM
  • Mt. Carroll Library: March 28th, April 25th, May 23 | 5:00 PM

During each session, participants will delve into the fundamentals of planting, harvesting, and crafting delicious recipes featuring the highlighted vegetables. With a new vegetable showcased every month, attendees will expand their culinary repertoire and culinary expertise.
