Understanding how diet and lifestyle influence the inflammation process

Inflammation is the body’s natural response to stressors. Understanding what causes inflammation and how you can better manage it is the first step to improving your overall health. Many lifestyle choices contribute to the inflammation response. However, by making small changes in our everyday lives, we can decrease the risk of inflammation and better manage it. Join Diane Reinhold, Nutrition and Wellness Educator from University of Illinois Extension, to learn what steps you can take to fight inflammation. During this workshop, we will discuss the impact of diet, physical activity, and stress management on the inflammation process.

Understanding Inflammation and How Diet Influences the Inflammation Process will be held on Tuesday, April 12, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at the Stephenson County Farm Bureau,
