AJ Ruckman is a lifelong resident of Monticello and has many years of culinary experience as both a home cook and in professional kitchens. Ruckman has a great passion for creating delicious meals for loved ones. Their character is rooted in a strong sense of social justice and a desire to improve the world for those who are struggling.

As a SNAP-Ed Community Outreach Worker, Ruckman is excited to join Extension and share their love of food, optimistic outlook on the future, and creative problem-solving skills with the community.
