Tina Anderson serves as the 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator in Kendall County. Tina works closely with 4-H leaders and volunteers to facilitate positive youth development programming for local youth ages 5 to 18. She truly believes in the power of 4-H to provide all kids and teens the opportunity to find their place, people, passion, and purpose.

Tina is a 4-H alum herself, being a member in Iowa for 10 years, and also is a current 4-H parent. She earned bachelors of science degrees in Animal Science as well as Agriculture Education from Iowa State University in 2005. Prior to joining Extension in 2020 as the Kendall County Office Support Associate, Tina was a veterinary technician for more than 15 years. She is very familiar with the communities, volunteers, and families in Kendall County. In her free time, she enjoys showing pigs with her family and cheering on her kids at their sports events.
