Have you ever found an interesting rock and questioned what kind it was? Seen a fossil and wonder how it was made?  Want to start collecting rocks, but do not know where to begin?  You are in the right place! Through the Vermilion County 4-H Geology Workshop, you will learn what Geology is, gain skills to identify different types of rocks, minerals, and fossils, and receive tips on how to start your very own rock collection (that you can show at your 4-H Fair) through hands-on activities and a Rock Show! No matter how much or little you know about Geology, this is a great workshop for all ages to attend!

Time: March 25, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Cost: $15.00 for 4-H members//$20.00 for non-4-H members  (Your seat is reserved once payment is received.)
