There is a common belief that food preservation is difficult. However, with the right equipment and proper education, anyone can enjoy garden-fresh foods all year long by preserving at home.

Join University of Illinois Extension at one of three preserving safely classes to learn up-to-date information and research-based methods.

The workshop is free but advanced registration is required.
If a group is coming together, please register each person individually.
Participants may register at go.illinois.edu/PreserveSafe by Sept. 13.
