Put your air fryer to use this holiday season by making your favorite seasonal foods without the added mess and fat of traditional fried foods. They are an easy, safe, and fast way to heat and reheat food while keeping it crisp. Learn how and if air frying can be a healthy alternative to other cooking methods and the health benefits of limiting certain types of dietary fat. We will explore the pros and cons of air fryers, offer helpful tips to make holiday cooking effortless, and leave you with a few recipes to try at home!

Join Diane Reinhold, Nutrition and Wellness Educator, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, at the Illinois Extension Office in Winnebago County, located at 1040 N 2nd Street, Rockford.
