It's not too early to make plans for your garden, and the Annual Bi-State Garden Conference, held in Covington, IN, will give you the tools you need to get started. With exciting topics covered by experts from University of Illinois and Purdue University, you'll gain valuable knowledge to get this year's growing season off on the right track.
