WILA brings leaders together from Adams, Brown, Hancock, Pike, and Schuyler counties.

Academy Objectives:

• Acquire a broad understanding of the complex issues and tasks facing leaders.
• Build relationships necessary to resolve the challenges ahead.
• Identify opportunities.
• Become better prepared for active involvement, whether in the workplace, as a volunteer in a community, organization, or holding public office.
• Take tours to see how the region has, is, and plans to respond to these complex topics.
