Using and Preserving Fresh Garden Herbs

Learn how to properly harvest, store, and preserve fresh herbs to extend their flavor and usefulness throughout the year. We’ll also cover simple ways to incorporate herbs into everyday cooking, along with tips for preserving them. Whether you grow your own herbs or buy them fresh, this class will help you reduce waste and add fresh flavor to your meals.
