Looking for simple ways to reduce stress and boost well-being? Join our Gardening for Well-Being Series on Tuesdays in July from 11 a.m. to noon to explore the therapeutic benefits of gardening and plant-based mindfulness. Each session offers practical, hands-on strategies you can use right away. No green thumb needed, just come ready to learn and participate.

Sensory Planting for Relaxation: Touch, Scent, and Sound
Learn how to select plants that invite soothing sensory interaction and how to design small sensory moments in a garden or container. Join us to build a “sensory plan” you can use at home, at a facility, or in community spaces. Participants leave with ideas that support inclusive engagement and emotional well‑being.
