- "The Conservation Foundation’s Green Earth Harvest certified organic farm program is devoted to healthy soil, healthy food, healthy people, and healthy communities. We bring farmers and eaters who value responsibly grown, delicious food together to support local farming, connect with the land, and explore the seasonal, certified organic harvest through veggie subscriptions."
This unique 60-acre specialty crop farm has a rich conservation history in the heart of suburbia and supplies 700 families through their CSA program and an additional 1200 families through their farm-to-food pantry initiative. The field day includes a tour of the farm with highlights on USDA certified organic practices at scale, high-tunnel production, current field conditions, and new practices to consider for your operation.
