Diabetes in a Modern World

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for decades, let Decatur Memorial and Illinois Extension support your health journey. Join an educational session on food choices to meet blood sugar goals, the underused diabetes services available in the community, and time with diabetes professionals to answer your questions. Participants will sample a simple, diabetes-friendly recipe.
