Mark your calendar for the Hispanic 4-H Juntos Family Experience on October 5 from 6 to 9 p.m., at NIU Latino Resource Center located at 515 Garden Rd. in DeKalb, Ill. This event will be presented primarily in Spanish and includes presentations on Parent University, vocational and dual credit opportunities for youth and undocumented students, as well as a panel of Latino university students to discuss their college experience. There will also be free childcare with activities provided during the presentations for younger children that attend. Everyone is welcome at this 4-H Juntos Experience.
