Brain health series expands to Ogden community

ODGEN, Ill – Illinois Extension invites the Ogden community to Brain Health - It's a No-Brainer! Join Health and Family Educator Emily Harmon for this research-informed series at the Ogden Rose Public Library (103 W Main St, Ogden, IL 61859). This free four-part series educates adults on aging, memory, and brain health. Participants will learn tips and strategies to improve everyday forgetfulness and highlight healthy brain contributors. 

The schedule for this engaging series includes:

  • Tuesday September 15, Fit Wits
  • Tuesday September 22, Hold That Thought
  • Tuesday September 29, Know the 10 Signs (Presented in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association)
  • Tuesday October 6, Head Strong
