CHAMPAIGN, Ill – Seeking a new way to exercise that’s low-impact but highly effective? Join Health and Family Educator Emily Harmon and Food and Nutrition Educator Rachel Mannen for an introductory Tai Chi class. Class will be held on May 5 from noon to 1 P.M. at the Champaign County Farm Bureau Auditorium (801 N. Country Fair Drive, Champaign, IL 61821).
Tai Chi for Arthritis is a gentle, yet powerful, research-backed program recognized by the CDC. This program is known for improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being while reducing pain and fall risk.
This introductory class is part of Champaign County’s Active Living Week.
