The 4-H youth development program focuses on an experiential learning model which is rooted in positive youth experiences. This teaching style makes a difference.
"4-H youth are beyond ready for anything life throws their way," says Muschetto, "4-H youth are 2x more likely to have the goal of being a leader, 3x more likely to participate in community service, and 2x more likely to report living life with intentionality and purpose."
