Kelli Morrow, a Belvidere native, began her career with Extension in 1993 through her high school’s work-study program. Over the years, she has advanced through various clerical roles, building a strong foundation in office administration. Kelli holds an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in accounting and business administration from Rock Valley College.
In her current role as office support, Kelli ensures the Extension office operates smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with the public, volunteers, 4-H families, and staff—answering inquiries, preparing for programs, and handling fiscal responsibilities as needed. As a former Boone County 4-H member herself, she remains deeply committed to the success of the 4-H program and takes pride in supporting its operation.
Outside of work, Kelli serves her community as a volunteer firefighter, and enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with her family.
