In this fun and exciting "hands on" 4-H Beginner Sewing Workshop youth will have the opportunity to gain simple basic sewing skills. They will also complete 2 pillows using different finishing techniques. Completed items can be used as a sewing project exhibit for the 4-H fair. This workshop is for youth with little sewing experience.

Youth ages: 8-18

Cost: $15 supply fee. Fabric for 2 completed pillows,thread, pillow form and pillow stuffing for the sewing project will be provided. Additional fabric will be available to take home.

Additional supplies needed: If you have a sewing machine at home we encourage you to bring it, if not please let us know and one will be provided. Please bring a pair of sewing scissors, needle for hand sewing, your pins and pin cushion. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay and learn too.
