Summer Youth Workshop with Kendall County 4-H

Create a glitter stress toy, put together and decorate a calming jar, and/or make some homemade bath fizzes for some self care. Work together on a vision board for identifying stress and distinguishing individual support systems. Cost is $10. Ages 8-18.
