Illinois Extension educator Kara Schweitzer will lead this program about social isolation and loneliness. Both can deeply impact one's quality of life, especially for older adults. She will explore how to tell the difference between social isolation and loneliness, identify risk factors for both, and gain strategies for staying connected with others.
