Are you ready to become a Junior Master Gardener?
Dig in with 4-H and Master Gardeners in a 7-week session of all things fall gardening. Participants will learn about propagating plants, garden preparation for winter, composting, and more. This session will include a field trip to a local farm and participation in the Aurora Pumpkin Smash!
Ages: 9-18 (as of 9/1/24)
Meetings: 1-2:30 p.m. | 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, and 11/2
Location: Kane County Extension Office and the Kane County Master Gardener Idea Garden, both in St. Charles
Cost to participate: $65 (includes $45 for supplies/costs and $20* 4-H Enrollment for 2024-2025 year due here in ZSuite)
- *The $20 enrollment cost is required only once per 4-H year per youth. If a youth joins multiple clubs within the same 4-H year, it only needs to be paid once. If already enrolled and paid through another 4-H club this 4-H year (2024-2025), then the cost would be $45.
