Part of Climate Action Week with the East Central Illinois Master Naturalists
Join Illinois Extension Horticulture Educator Ryan Pankau for a Native Tree ID Walk at Crystal Lake Park in Urbana on October 8 at 4 p.m. as part of Climate Action Week with the East Central Illinois Master Naturalists. This guided walk will explore the park’s diverse native trees and provide insights into their ecological importance.
The walk will begin at the Crystal Lake Lake House and is open to anyone interested in learning more about our local tree species and their role in supporting a healthy environment. The walk will start at the lakehouse.
