Are you thinking of growing a garden this year? Are you looking for more gardening ideas? We will show you how to plan and grow a garden and be healthy during this 10-week program. There will be no class during the week of the 4th of July.

You will learn how to grow a garden, get an introduction to hydroponics, which is growing plants without soil using a nutrient-rich water solution, and try foods made with garden produce. This program series is free, and you must commit to all sessions. We invite families and individuals to this free series. Registration is required.

Funding is provided by the CDC ACTion Grant. If you have questions, contact Extension Program Coordinator Jan Saglier at 815-544-3710 or by email at jsaglier@illinois.edu.
