Diabetes Support Group

In partnership with OSF HealthCare, join Illinois Extension for a monthly diabetes support group designed for individuals living with diabetes and their caregivers. 

Each session will include a short educational component and an open discussion. Topics are not preset and will be guided by participant interest. 

Meetings will be held at the Danville Public Library (319 N Vermilion St., Danville, IL 61832) on the second Tuesday of the month from May to December from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M., running May 12 through December 8.

All discussions within the group are confidential to help create a safe and respectful space for everyone.
