Join our Gardening for Well-Being Series on Tuesdays in July from 11 a.m. to noon to explore the therapeutic benefits of gardening and plant-based mindfulness. Each session offers practical, hands-on strategies you can use right away. No green thumb needed, just come ready to learn and participate.
Mindful Garden Walk: Observation Skills for Calm (Indoor or Outdoor)
Practice simple guided observation techniques using plants to slow down and re‑center attention. Attend ready to participate in an easy, accessible mindfulness experience—no gardening background needed. Participants leave with a repeatable practice for stress relief that works anywhere plants are present.
