Rachel Van Cleve grew up showing cattle in Mason County 4-H. Her youth development experiences and happy 4-H memories are a driving force to her role as Fulton 4-H program coordinator.

Following her youth 4-H career, Rachel went on to college to receive associate degree in agriculture business and production at Black Hawk East College. She went on with her education to earn a personal trainers certificate from National Academy in Sport.

Outside of the office, Rachel is involved on her family farm and volunteers with the Mason FFA Alumni Association. She and her husband, who is in the Air Force Reserves, are new parents to their baby girl Willow. They are also proud pet-parents to three Australian Shepherd dogs named Jada, Blue, and Maize.
