Do you have a question about your credit report or credit score? Illinois Extension Money Mentor volunteers are here to help! On the second Tuesday of each month, Money Mentors and Urbana Free Library will be partnering to host pop up mentoring hours at the library (210 W Green St., Urbana, IL 61801) from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. from May through July.

Help is free and confidential, and all mentors are trained by University of Illinois Extension educators. Money Mentors assist individuals in our community with personal finance strategies, including:
- Budgeting
- Establishing Financial Goals
- Building Savings
- Managing Credit
- Organizing Finances
The goal for each meeting is to determine the most important steps a mentee participant can make to move towards their financial goals. Money Mentor volunteers are trained in problem-solving and financial coaching strategies to help participants move forward.
