The Women in Entrepreneurship initiative was launched in Fall 2018 in an effort to attract, engage, support, and retain women in meaningful educational opportunities in the Illinois Entrepreneurship Ecosystem. Originally started as a program to reach University of Illinois under graduate and graduate students, it has now expanded to engage more students and professional women in our entrepreneurship and social innovation ecosystem.
