Exploring Nature Photography
A 4-H Special Interest (SPIN) Club
Get fun, hands-on experience with photography outdoors! Participants will build photography skills, such as lighting and composition, plus explore and admire nature and learn about different plants and when they bloom. This group meets at different locations each session.
WHO: Ages 12-18
WHAT: Multi-session special interest (SPIN) club focused on nature and photography
WHEN: 10-11 a.m. May 21 | June 4, 18 & 25 | July 9 & 23 (additional meeting dates may be decided upon by club members)
WHERE: Various locations in DuPage, Kane, and Kendall counties
FIRST MEETING: 10-11 a.m. on May 21 at the Edith Farnsworth House
COST: $40 ($20 supplies/materials and $20 4-H enrollment, if needed*)
WHAT TO BRING: A digital SLR camera or smartphone with camera, and dress weather appropriately
Registration is required. Opens April 29, 2022. Space is limited.

*This includes $20 enrollment for 2021-22 4-H year plus $20 to cover weekly materials and supplies. This enrollment cost is required only once per 4-H year per youth.
