Build & Break Bridges
This two-part workshop allows youth to learn about engineering and bridge design, and build a linguine bridge. The next week, they come back to test its strength!
Who: Designed for ages 8-18, it's a great fit for kids and teens interested in building or engineering, students looking for hands-on fun this winter season, or future Bridge Bust participants. No need to be a 4-H member to participate.
When: Part 1: Thursday, Jan. 26 AND Part 2: Thursday, Feb. 2 | Both parts run from 5-7 p.m.
Where: Kendall County Extension, 7775B IL Route 47, Yorkville IL 60560
Cost: $5 per team, with 2 to 4 youth per team
